DIGITAL GURU: IT Technician/Installation

Join Digital Guru as an IT Technical/Installation. This role will install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components.

What you’ll do

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Hardware and Software components.
Installation of IT A/V solutions.
Provide support and guidance to users on operating new systems.
Repair and replace damaged hardware.
Maintain customer confidentiality.
Follow all Electrical codes by States requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation and adheres to operating policies.
Maintain equipment and inventory as needed.

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent
Knowledge in security camera systems
Knowledge in Cat6 and fiber terminations
Knowledge in smart home programming and automations
Basic knowledge in computers and electronics
